Questions about paying
Monthly or yearly?
Pro is available per month or per year, with the same features; a year costs € 29, which is cheaper than twelve months. Band plans are per year and include Pro. You pay in advance for each period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. A subscription is renewed automatically until you cancel.
What happens to my songs when Pro ends?
They are kept with your account. Save them as .txt files any time; when you take Pro again, they are back in My songs and Setlists.
What happens to the band when the plan ends?
Nothing is deleted: the members keep their songs, setlists and PDF's, and can still play. The band only takes no new members or files until the owner extends the plan.
Do band members pay?
No. Only the owner holds the band plan. Members create a free account with the e-mail address the invitation was sent to, and play the songs and setlists of the band. For the Pro tools of the editor, a member takes Pro.
I already have Pro. Can I start a band?
Yes. Switch to a band plan: it includes everything of Pro, so you do not pay for Pro twice.
Our band is growing. Can we move up?
Yes. Take a bigger band plan and the band keeps everything: its songs, setlists, PDF's and members.
Can I try it first?
The free version has the complete editor and notation; it needs no account. As a consumer you can also withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days, see the terms and conditions.
Do you need my audio files?
No. The practice player keeps your recordings in your own browser; they are never uploaded.
